IDP International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company has officially announced its name change to LOF International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company, while also setting a new vision of becoming a leading food and beverage company in Southeast Asia.
IDP International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company has officially announced its name change to LOF International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company. LOF is often interpreted as "Lots of love."
The name LOF has also been positioned as "a commitment to creating value with love" with the vision of becoming a leading food and beverage company in Southeast Asia.
LOF International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (formerly IDP International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company) has been building and developing for 20 years. After the name change, the company's headquarters will move from Ba Vi District, Hanoi to Bau Bang Industrial Park, Dau Tieng District, Binh Duong Province.
The Bau Bang factory will officially commence operations at the beginning of 2025, with a large scale and capacity of up to 300,000 tons of products per year. It will be equipped with modern machinery managed by both domestic and international engineers and will feature fully automated technology from production to finished products in the warehouse.
In addition to the Bau Bang factory, the company also owns two factories with modern equipment imported from Europe (one in Ba Vi and one in Cu Chi) with a total capacity of up to 300,000 tons of products per year, contributing to increasing the volume of products supplied to the market to nearly 1 million tons per year by 2025.
Sharing about the company's name change, Mr. Bui Hoang Sang, General Director of the company, said that the name change sets a new vision for LOF in becoming a leading food and beverage company in Southeast Asia.
"LOF is committed to providing essential nutrition and superior quality products with world-leading production technology to Vietnamese customers," said Mr. Bui Hoang Sang.
Additionally, the rebranding aims to convey the company's culture and foster a positive awareness to spread love to the community.
"With our efforts and new vision, I hope that in the next five years, LOF's revenue will double, and in the long term, we can join the list of Vietnamese companies with billion-dollar revenues," shared Mr. Bui Hoang Sang.
According to information, at the recent annual shareholders' meeting, LOF set a target for net revenue in 2024 to be between VND 7,800 - 8,000 billion, representing a 17-20% increase compared to 2023. The expected profit is projected to be between VND 850-950 billion.
LOF International Dairy Products Joint Stock Company currently owns several dairy brands, such as Kun, Lof Ba Vi, and Malto. Among these, the Kun Milk brand is considered a "friend" to millions of Vietnamese children thanks to its ubiquitous presence in various activities: marathon competitions, games, content channels like cartoons, and meaningful toys associated with using Kun Milk products.
In addition to its long-standing branded dairy products on the market, LOF has recently introduced new products: Kun 100% fresh milk, Kun milk jelly, and Kun rice cakes.
Besides dairy products, LOF is also known for building an educational entertainment ecosystem for children through animated series such as "Kun Super Family."
"Every year, we will launch several new branded media products that are both entertaining and educational, most notably KUN Galaxy - an entertainment universe that applies 3D modeling technology and virtual reality technology with high educational value, helping children explore their curiosity and learn valuable knowledge about the vast universe," a company representative shared.
